Take any Manali-bound Volvo and get off just before the
Aut Tunnel. From Aut, catch a local bus to
Banjar. At the Banjar bus stand, board a bus
heading towards Bathad and ask to be dropped off
at Gushaini / Village Faryadi.
Tip: Local buses toward Bathad are less frequent after 5:00 PM,
so plan your arrival at Aut accordingly!
The nearest airport is Bhuntar Airport (Kullu),
located about 55 km from the property. From the airport, you can
easily hire a direct private taxi that will bring you straight to
our homestay in about 1.5 to 2 hours.
Tip: Flights to Bhuntar can be weather-dependent. Chandigarh
International Airport is a great, reliable alternative if
needed!
The closest major broad-gauge railway station is
Chandigarh (approx. 260 km away). From the
station, you can either book a direct cab to Tirthan Valley or
catch a Manali-bound Volvo bus and get off at the Aut Tunnel.
Tip: An overnight train to Chandigarh followed by a morning cab
ride is a very comfortable and popular way to travel!
